The Pearl House is rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday during the Peak Season (June through Labor Day week).  Off-season requires a 3 night minimum.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 9am.

Peak Season Rates

Main House    $2500 / week

Apartment     $1050 / week

Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit, fully refundable if cancelled at least 21 days in advance.  Balance is due 10 days prior to occupancy.
